Please note that this is a cash practice. Therefore, clients are responsible for making payments directly to the service provider after receiving their service statements. Upon receiving proof of payment, your statement will be updated and forwarded via email, to reclaim payment from medical aid. I am registered with the Board of Healthcare Funders of Southern Africa (BHF) and recognised by most medical aids. It is advised to clients to ensure beforehand, that they have enough funds available, and if the medical aid will be willing to reimburse the claim based on the client’s existing benefits.
The counselling service fees are currently according to medical aid tariff rates. Therefore, the client’s first 61–90 minutes session will be between R660,00 – R865,00. Thereafter, each regular 51-55 minutes session will be R560,00. Payments of fees are accepted to be made in cash or via EFT. Unfortunately, no card payment facilities are available.
Should you need to cancel a session please give me a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If 24 hours’ notice is not given, the normal full charge will be made for the ‘Late Cancellation’ on your service statement.
